To accommodate the company’s needs, the building – originally constructed in the 1990s – was completely remodeled, including full tenant improvements on the interior, new mechanical systems and new roofing. The team removed walls and re-oriented the space to create a more modern, open working environment within the two-story building. The scope of work included private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, wine storage and extensive hospitality areas.

Jackson Family Wines is steeped in the business of wine, food and hospitality. Given the focus and needs of the company, incorporating hospitality elements into the space was a key component of the redesign.

Specialized spaces included temperature-controlled wine storage, coffee rooms and dining areas to accommodate staff and industry events. On the interior, no surface was left untouched, and luxury finishes speak to the brand’s reputation for high-quality food and wine.
