The project team created a linked grouping of structures that enables the winemakers to accommodate the winery’s full production. The renovation, which lasted 14 months, increased the overall production facilities by over 50%. A canopy now links the renovated production building to the newly constructed fermentation building, which includes commercial and show kitchens to accommodate hospitality and events. A new barn structure housing barrel storage is linked to a pre-engineered metal building used for fermentation. Site work and landscaping provide a sense of connection and pedestrian links between the structures.
